30-day money-back guarantee
ArabicFlow, operated by Arabic Flow admins, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date or any subsequent renewal date.
How to request a refund
All payments are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Refunds are issued by Paddle on our behalf.
To request a refund, you can either:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your purchase using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@arabicflow.app and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
After the 30-day window
Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after your order or renewal date are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you experienced a billing error, a service outage, or were charged in error, please contact us — we will work with Paddle to resolve the issue fairly.
Cancellations
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Account page. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
