Who you're contracting with
ArabicFlow (the "Service") is operated by ArabicFlow admins ("we", "us", "our"), trading as ArabicFlow. By using the Service you are entering into an agreement with ArabicFlow admins.
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using ArabicFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What ArabicFlow is
ArabicFlow is a web-based tool for annotating Arabic text at the character level. You can paste any Arabic passage, highlight spans, add notes, link related terms, and export your work as a PDF. Free accounts get up to 3 saved sessions. Pro accounts get unlimited sessions.
What you can do
Use the tool for personal study, teaching, research, or professional work. Annotate any Arabic text you have the right to use — Quranic verses, hadith, classical literature, modern prose, your own writing. Your annotations belong to you.
What you can't do
- Don't upload content you don't have the right to annotate or share.
- Don't use the tool to harass, defame, or harm anyone.
- Don't try to break, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service. No bots, no automated abuse.
- Don't share your account with others — one account per person.
Intellectual property
The ArabicFlow service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by ArabicFlow admins and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain full ownership of the Arabic passages and annotations you create.
Service is provided as-is
ArabicFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't guarantee the service will always be available, error-free, or fit for any specific purpose. Use it at your own risk. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool.
Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations — particularly abuse, illegal content, or attempts to harm the service or other users. You can delete your own account at any time from the Account page; this permanently removes your sessions.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to billing and handles returns.
All payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, which apply to your purchase in addition to these terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscriptions. See our Refund Policy for full details and instructions on how to request a refund through Paddle.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated by email or in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
Disputes and contact
For disputes, complaints, or anything that needs a human, email support@arabicflow.app. We aim to respond within a few business days and resolve issues directly before any formal proceedings.
